Payment System
When you place an order for one of our products, we will charge your Paypal account after you submit your order. This charge will only be completed once we have obtained credit authorization and confirmed stock availability. If we are unable to ship your order , we are out of stock or for any other reason, we will send an email explaining why. If your purchase is verified, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Customs Duties
If your order arrives in your country, customs may charge you import taxes and duties. As we have no control over these charges, any additional taxes are your own responsibility. In most countries, our products are considered massagers or lotions. Zero duty, especially for small orders.

Sales tax (VAT or GST)
You are responsible for the payment of any final VAT or GST imposed by the regulations of each country or region.

Checking your order
Once your purchase has been verified, we will send you an email waiting for your confirmation. Once you have confirmed, you will see your order number. If you have any delivery problems, you can contact: service@sheplaying.com (note your order number).

Shipping and Returns
Sheplaying ships every order with free shipping. If you have a quality problem with a product purchased from Sheplaying, you can return it within 1 year of receipt for a refund or replacement.
PLEASE NOTE:
We do not accept opened items for replacement or refund because of hygiene reasons. We do not accept returns unless there is a quality issue.

If the box is damaged or opened when you receive the product, Please take a picture of the package and write “damaged, opened, or missing contents in the mail” on the receipt. Then email it to us, and we will take care of it with the shipping company and ask for compensation.”
